The V6 Max remote features dual-mode connectivity, supporting both Bluetooth pairing and infrared operation. Users can connect wirelessly via Bluetooth for newer compatible devices, or switch to IR mode for legacy models such as the V2 series.

To enable V2 infrared mode, press and hold the “5” button until the LED indicator flashes once. This flash confirms that the remote has successfully entered the alternate control mode.
