For Live TV, VSEEBOX currently does not support subtitle or closed caption (CC) functionality.
When it comes to Video On Demand (VOD) content, VSEEBOX provides a simple and flexible way to control subtitle and caption settings. Whether you prefer a clean viewing experience without on-screen text or want to switch subtitles to another language, everything can be adjusted in just a few steps.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Start Playback
Begin by playing the VOD title you would like to watch on your VSEEBOX device.
2. Open the On-Screen Menu
While the video is playing, press the Menu button on your remote control to display the settings panel.
3. Find Subtitle Settings
Within the menu options, locate and select Subtitles to access subtitle configuration.
4. Disable Subtitles
To remove subtitles completely, choose the option labeled “None”. This will immediately turn off any active captions on the screen.
5. Change Subtitle Language (Optional)
If you do not want to turn subtitles off, you can instead select a different available language from the subtitle list.
